These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Quizyall.com (“Quizyall”, “we”, “our”, “us”), including all features, content, flashcards, study tools, practice tests, teacher tools, and any services provided through the platform (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using Quizyall, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Quizyall. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Teachers creating accounts on behalf of students are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable student privacy laws.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.

Quizyall allows users to create, upload, and share flashcards, study sets, notes, and other materials (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant Quizyall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to the content you upload
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• Your content does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material

We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.

You agree NOT to:

• Use Quizyall for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access restricted areas, backend systems, or administrative panels
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform
• Upload malware, harmful scripts, or attempt to disrupt service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Use Quizyall to cheat on exams, assignments, or assessments

Violations may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

All content, branding, design, software, and functionality on Quizyall (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of Quizyall and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Teachers using Quizyall agree to:

• Obtain necessary permissions for student participation
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, COPPA, or applicable local laws
• Avoid uploading sensitive student information

Quizyall does not assume responsibility for teacher misuse of student data.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We strive to keep Quizyall operational, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free performance
• Preservation of user data

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

Quizyall may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of study materials

Quizyall does not guarantee improved academic performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizyall is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or reputation
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors or inaccuracies in User Content

Our total liability shall not exceed $50 USD or the amount you paid for the Services in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold Quizyall harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violating these Terms
• Security concerns
• Legal compliance
• Inactivity

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
